Police arrested a Milford teen early Tuesday morning and charged him with driving under the influence.
Police said they responded at 3:42 a.m. to the intersection of Merwin Avenue and Anderson Avenue on a report that a motorist was asleep at the wheel at a red light. Police arrested Dillon Brown, 19, of Pond Point Avenue, who is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Further investigation revealed Brown was in possession of a fake identification card stating he was over 21 years old, police said, noting that Brown was also charged with forgery.
Bond was set at $500 and Brown is scheduled for court Oct. 15.
