Milford police say a Bridgeport woman used a stun gun on a loss prevention agent at the Connecticut Post Mall after being nabbed shoplifting.
According to a police report, Tamara Kisic, 39, of 165 Harriett Street, Bridgeport, was charged with third degree robbery, sixth degree assault and third degree breach of peace following the incident, which took place March 1 at 2 p.m. Milford police responded to the Connecticut Post Mall, 1201 Boston Post Road, on the report of a shoplifter who was attempting to flee from Boscov’s loss prevention agent. Police arrived and arrested Kisic, who is accused of taking $190 worth of merchandise from the store without paying and then using a stun gun on the loss prevention agent in her attempts to avoid apprehension.
Kisic was held in police custody on $7,500 bond.
