Sea Scout Ship 721 will be holding its monthly redeemable can and bottle fundraiser on Sunday, May 10, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the parking lot behind Saint Mary Church, 70 Gulf Street. Donations help to fund this coed Scouting program for youth ages 14 to 21, offered through Boy Scouts of America Venturing.
The program provides nautical education, hands on experience and adventure aboard two 30 foot sailboats. Interested youth may stop by the fundraiser for information.
